Lynn founded Primrose Real Estate in 2014, bringing together her love for property, her passion for helping people find their dream homes, and her deep connection to sunny southern Spain. Meet José
Sales Coordinator & Aftersales Support
José joined the Primrose Real Estate team in 2022, originally supporting with admin and aftersales. Thanks to his sharp eye for detail and calm efficiency, he was promoted in 2025 to Sales Coordinator — now managing all agreed sales right through to notary day, and beyond with ongoing aftersales support.
With a background in finance and a passion for precision, José keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes and helps ensure every client’s experience is stress-free from start to finish.
Originally from northern France, José has called Sabinillas home since he was 14. What made him fall in love with the area? “The sunshine — even in winter, it feels like we live in our own little microclimate here.”
Favourite golf course?
Finca Cortesín, hands down. “It’s world-class, hosted the Solheim Cup 2023 and even the King of Spain came to watch! You can’t beat the views or the prestige.”
Best weekend plan?
Jumping on his motorbike and heading into the mountains. “The white villages like Casares and Gaucín are amazing for a scenic escape. And if you’ve got more time, Ronda or even Granada is just a road trip away.”

Senior Sales Specialist
Vincent is our Senior Sales Specialist and the smoothest negotiator on the Costa del Sol. After nearly 30 years in senior roles across the Swiss luxury and tourism industries, he swapped snow for sunshine and followed his heart into real estate — lucky us (and lucky you!).
Vincent brings a cool head, a warm approach, and a whole lot of multilingual magic to every viewing, negotiation, and deal. Fluent in French, Spanish, English and German, he makes clients from all over Europe feel right at home.
Favourite local wine tip?
"Start with the Manilva sweet wine — it’s made right here in the hills behind our office. Then try the sherries from Cádiz, especially if you're a fan of full flavour and a good day trip. Jerez is the sherry capital of the world for a reason!”

"Montadito de carne mechá — trust me! It's warm, juicy, slow-cooked meat in a bun. Add lemon. Bliss. Oh, and Iberico ham is always a winner. For something cheeky: try the fried jalapeños stuffed with cheese!"

Michelle was headhunted to join Primrose Real Estate for one big reason: she’s got the eye for off-plan opportunities and brand-new homes. With over 25 years of experience in real estate along the Costa del Sol — and having grown up here — she knows this coast like it’s her own backyard (because it basically is!).
Her background blends local expertise with an international mindset — she’s fluent in both Spanish and English, has a natural way with people, and always stays one step ahead when it comes to tech, trends, and tools that help us better connect with clients.
